TERMS OF SERVICE | DIGITAL PATTERN MAKING
New Client: Complete new intake client form before 20 minute complimentary phone call.
Quote Consultation: $55/hour.
Digitizing, Editing, Grading and Marker Making: $80/hour
Design Development Production Consult: $80/hour
All digital work requires a 50% down payment and balance is due at final project handoff. We don’t carry over $1000.00 worth of work at a time. If we are on a long term project, we will update and invoice you every two weeks and request payment for these invoices.
At any point in the work, we discover the estimate is not accurate, we will let you know and can collaborate and decide together how to proceed. We have tremendous respect for both of our resources of time and money, we do all that we can to deliver superior client services and quality product. Our attention to detail will provide you with the best quality, and our years of experience will enable a more efficient and proven outcome.
All digital work is the property and responsibility of the client; we hold no claims or rights to the intellectual property. We stand by our work; and will help ensure you are pleased with your experience with your service provider via Seattle Creative Studio. By initiating any paid services you agree to these terms of service. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Seattle Creative Studio, and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
Payments accepted; credit card, paypal, check, cash or ACH. Please note any credit card transactions above $150 will incur the 2.9% credit card transaction fee.
PRODUCT SIGN OFF TERMS
All products are sold as delivered with final approval of acceptance of goods by client. All steps are taken to ensure quality products according to the general standard of manufacturing. If Expedited Service is required; complete and total acceptance is required for also AIR shipped orders. If there is a defect in the fabric or trim we will take it under advisement. Ship it to the address along with the invoice and all pertinent information. Our service team will follow up via email.
PURCHASE CONFIRMS AGREEMENT HOLD LIABLE
Use of this website and all platforms and apps deems the "user" or "client" upon ordering agrees to release and hold harmless Seattle Creative Studio LLC and its collaborators. We do due diligence and work to support an industry for the pas 20+ years.
